I'm Jemma Bellot, a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and registered member of the BACP, with more than 20 years' experience working within the care sector and supporting children, young people and families. I am based in Ringwood.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting people through some incredibly difficult periods of their lives. This experience has shaped the counsellor I am today and strengthened my belief that behind every behaviour, emotion and struggle is a person who deserves to feel heard, understood and accepted.

My approach to counselling is warm, compassionate and down-to-earth. I don't believe that my role is to tell you what to do or to provide you with all the answers. I believe you hold the key.

My aim is to provide the safety, acceptance and support that can help you begin to unlock the parts of yourself that may have become hidden through trauma, difficult relationships, loss, anxiety, low self-esteem or life's many challenges.
